Major Actions Taken– Approved and signed recommendation of ordination to the priesthood of Winnie Mitchell Approved a motion to reject the purchase of terrorism insurance Approved the order and purchase of stewardship materials Approved a motion to pursue a Sunday only Choir Director upon the resignation of our current Director, Erin Damberger

Major Reports Given– Green Committee fund-raiser for new refrigerator and freezer for the kitchen Junior Warden on recent vandalism to a window in the Education Wing and the further need for some building maintenance Rector report on upcoming Diocesan Convention, Eucharistic Visitor Training, and Christian Education Program Report on the need for someone to replace Mike Davis on the Vestry
